I easily run most c4s in a no effect WH in an active rattle. Much better DPS, passive is aids. I refit for cap stability or dps/paint/omni as needed. C3 sites are arguably more isk/hr, but I think it's a toss up.

With the new map, its a pain to select your probe set to move it, and the circle cursor makes it pretty easy to just grab an arrow instead of a face.

You can fit a snake like a Gila, as a brawler, using faction heavies or a gecko with rapid heavies while you train into other options. But I stand by the Gila as being a great level 4 boat.

You can use a rattle before you are even fully trained. Using RHML's instead of cruises, Faction Heavies or Gecko and using a brawler tank akin to a gila's will still be very able, and it will only grow with you. You can switch to Cruise/Sentry/MJ...
